ACTIVE - Accept the Challenge To Inspire Vital Energy

The All-American Care Plan is designed to keep patients active. To us, ACTIVE means “Accept the Challenge To Inspire Vital Energy.” All-American Care believes it is our duty to help everyone in our community to be more ACTIVE. We begin by assessing the patient and using the results to trigger ACTIVE treatment. Our goal is that all patients will be as active as their abilities allow, and through our ACTIVE program their abilities will advance to their highest level of functioning.

Patients in ACTIVE treatment will have their restorative program broken down into manageable increments and will be encouraged to do more and more for themselves over time. All-American Care patients will keep active by moving, talking, grooming, dressing in their own clothes, shoes and socks, among other things. Diapers are not routine here; regularly scheduled visits to the bathroom are.
