Our Admission Process

All-American Care patients are greeted with our unique assessment system that sets us apart from all other facilities. All facets of the patient are assessed by nursing and therapy professionals – the physical, the spiritual, social and emotional. From the assessment, we design a Customized Restorative Care Plan to fit the patient’s needs and provide the basis for returning the patient to their home or a lower level of service. In addition, we will collect all the insurance information in preparation for providing full benefits. Elements of the assessment include:

  1. Confirm Medicare approval and Medicaid approval, if necessary
  2. Obtain copies of insurance policies
  3. Determine proof of financial status (your heirs are not responsible)
