• Clinical staff level includes certified nurses' aide and therapy assistants who may pursue a degree in nursing, therapy or social work.
  
• Support staff level includes food service, hospitality service or plant operations who may pursue a clinical or administrative path.
  
• Administrative staff level includes business office, information systems, financial management who may pursue executive level training and franchise ownership.
