The Dorotha C. White Foundation Community site is a gathering place for all who have a shared passion and affinity for the plight of the elderly in America.

The Foundation is a non partisan, grassroots network established to effect sweeping change in our nation's capital that will result in improved quality of life for senior citizens, especially the frail elderly who are using long term care facilities either for transitional care or residential care. The Foundation's goal is to help patients journey back home, or provide the highest quality of life possible for patients if they must remain in a facility, using restorative care as the model.
